Welcome to Radian’s online payment page. From here you can make secure card payments to your rent account or settle an invoice that we have sent you.
Please complete the following sections accurately. The tenancy agreement number defines the rent account that your payment will be made to, and can be found on your rent statement or tenancy agreement. Although mistakes can be rectified later by Radian and its partner organisations, it is your responsibility to ensure that the tenancy agreement or invoice number is correct.

You can call 0300 123 1 567 and select option 2 for the automated payment line. Alternatively you can continue to hold to speak with an advisor.
If you wish to pay your charges by direct debit, print out the direct debit form below, fill it in and send it back to the address on the form. Don’t forget you will still need to make payments until the date your direct debit starts.
