My Radian

My Radian BETA is a new service available on all devices. It is a fully secure, early version we will continue to develop and enhance based upon your feedback.

You can login or register to use this new service here.

Please note: existing users of My Radian will need to re-register to use this service.

On this BETA site you can use:

  • Your Dashboard to view your tenancy, property and personal details
  • Your Statement to access an enhanced view of your statement with individual transactions
  • Make a Payment to access payments
  • Your Feedback to tell us how we can improve this service

This BETA version will not yet allow you to report repairs online or print a statement. These and other new services will be added in the coming months. In the meantime:

  • You can report repairs by calling Radian Direct on 0300 123 1 567
  • For help printing a statement or if you have any problems, talk to use using online chat or call Radian Direct on 0300 123 1 567
