We are excited to announce that we have completed the land acquisition of 12 to 16 Portugal Road for our new development in Woking.
Planning permission was granted in 2018 for the development of 18 open market apartments. With the assistance of grant funding from Homes England, we are exploring options to deliver all of these apartments as affordable.

We have been in talks with Woking Borough Council’s Planning Department regarding a redesign of the site to develop 21 apartments, giving us the opportunity to deliver extra affordable housing.
