Speaking to someone in person

If you want to speak to someone in person first, contact our Customer Services team on 0300 123 1 567 or other staff that you have contact with. Every effort will be made to resolve the complaint immediately by the member of staff you speak to first rather than having to progress through the more formal complaints process.

When you make your complaint, please tell us the facts and say what you want us to do to solve the problem.
