Community Forum

Our Community Forum, made up of customers, partners and members of the community come together to oversee the Community Investment Plans and work to implement our Resident Involvement Offer.

What are Community Investment Plans?

Involving communities and empowering residents is so important to our success. Through partnership and community-driven projects, we work to develop Community Investment Plans. These improve employment and health outcomes while empowering communities; creating successful and sustainable neighbourhoods where we’d all like to live.

We combine our resources with those of partner organisations for the benefit of the communities where need is greatest. We add value to the local economy and, as a result, enable our customers to fulfil their potential.

What is the Resident Involvement Offer?

Early in 2019 we asked you what you thought about how we involve our customers in how we deliver services. You told us that you wanted us to be clear on how to get involved and to have a more digital approach, with less time commitment than having to attend meetings.

As a result, we are looking at more ways to involve you digitally. You can sign up to Your Voice to be consulted online, or contact Stephanie Stanley at for more details.

The Community Forum will host their meetings virtually and use online tools to become an efficient group, reducing the costs and time spent travelling to our offices to meet. If you would like to be part of the Community Forum please contact Stephanie Stanley at
