Our focus at Radian Group remains our customers. As such, we have carefully reviewed our services and have, in areas where it will greater support you, redeployed certain teams to departments where additional support is required.
As part of our redeployment activity, the Tenancy Sustainment team have temporarily been transferred to work with the Accounts Specialist team. In this role they will be assisting with calling people that have been identified as claiming Universal Credit to see if any help or advice is needed and help with any account enquiries.
The team have also put together a contact sheet of support services for internal teams, so if you express that you need some extra help during a call we are able to quickly and efficiently identify what is available locally.
