Two new and exciting marketing suites at Radian and Thakeham’s development in Pease Pottage, West Sussex – Woodgate, will open its doors to the public on Saturday 18 May.
The two stylish suites are a flagship for housing developer Thakeham’s two brands, one offering a more traditional feel to a home and the other called Alphium, offering a more contemporary, modern way of living. Both providing something for everyone.
Located between the city and the sea, this exciting development will include 600 new homes, a primary school, a shop and a coffee shop, a community centre, plenty of parks and a pavilion.
The development will also provide a home for locally based charity, St Catherine’s Hospice and is expected to be developed within eight years.
The joint venture between Radian and Thakeham will create places people want to call home.
Under the agreement, Thakeham, who currently operate throughout the South East, will project manage all elements of the development process, including planning, construction and sales, and will be split on a 50/50 basis with both parties sharing in the cost of the development of the homes and sharing in the income streams.
